Charm Communications, a leading domestic television advertising agency in China, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $60 million in an initial public offering. The Beijing-based company, which was founded in 2008 and booked $106 million in sales last year, plans to list its ADSs on the NASDAQ under the symbol CHRM.
