Metals USA , the ninth largest metal distributor in the US, raised $240 million by offering 11.43 million shares at $21.00, above the range of $18.00 to $20.00. Metals USA plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "MUSA." Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and J.P. Morgan acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
