Graham Packaging, a leading supplier of plastic containers for food and beverage and other consumer products, raised $167 million by offering 16,666,667 shares at $10, the low end of its downwardly revised range of $10-$11. The company originally filed to sell 23,333,334 shares at a price range of $14 to $16. Graham Packaging, which is majority owned by private equity firm Blackstone, plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol GRM. Citi, Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
