Douglas Dynamics, which provides snowplows and sand and salt spreaders for light trucks, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $150 million in an initial public offering. The Milwaukee, WI-based company, which was founded in 1977 and booked $173 million in sales over the last 12 months, plans to list on the NYSE. Credit Suisse and Oppenheimer & Co. are the lead underwriters on the deal, for which pricing terms and timing were not disclosed.
