Cellu Tissue, which is a North American producer of private label tissue products, raised $108 million by offering 8,300,000 shares at $13.00, below its proposed $15.00 to $17.00 range. Cellu Tissue plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol "CLU". Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
