Global Defense Technology & Systems, which provides IT and engineering services to US defense and intelligence agencies, will see its quiet period end next Tuesday, Dec. 29. On Nov. 19, 2009, the company raised $60 million by offering 4.6 million shares shares at $13, below the range of $14-$16. Cowen & Company acted as the lead manager on the deal.
