Fortinet quiet period ends December 27

Fortinet, which provides network security appliances to enterprises and service providers, will see its quiet period end next Sunday, Dec. 27. On Nov. 17, 2009, the company raised $156 million by offering 12.5 million shares shares at $12.50, above the range of $9.00 to $11.00. Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Deutsche Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
