Ancestry.com quiet period ends Dec. 14

Ancestry.com, which operates a subscription-based online community for researching family histories, will see its quiet period end on next Monday, Dec. 14. On Nov. 14, 2009, the company raised $100 million by offering 7.4 million shares at $13.50, within the range of $12.50 to $14.50. Morgan Stanley acted as the lead manager on the deal.
