Addus HomeCare, which provides home-based personal care, skilled nursing and rehabilitative therapies, will see its quiet period end on this Friday, Dec. 6. On Oct. 27, 2009, the company raised $54 million by offering 5.4 million shares shares at $10.00, below the range of $11.00 to $13.00. Robert Baird and Oppenheimer & Co. acted as lead managers on the deal.
