Ancestry.com, which operates a subscription-based online community for researching family histories, raised $100 million by offering 7,407,407 shares at $13.50, within the range of $12.50 to $14.50 per share. Ancestry.com plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ACOM. Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, and Jefferies acted as lead managers on the deal.
