Baltic Trading Limited, a newly-formed drybulk shipping company which will be managed by NYSE-traded Genco Shipping & Trading (GNK), filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $230 million in an initial public offering. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol BDI and will use offering proceeds to purchase its initial fleet. Morgan Stanley and Dahlman Rose & Co. are the lead underwriters on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
