Team Health Holdings, which supplies outsourced healthcare staffing services to hospitals and healthcare providers, filed on Tuesday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering. The Knoxville, TN-based company, which was founded in 1979 and booked $1.4 billion in sales over the last 12 months, plans to list on the NYSE. No underwriters or pricing terms were disclosed.
