Vitacost.com, an online retailer of nutritional supplements and health and wellness products, raised $132 million on Wednesday by offering 11 million shares at $12, the midpoint of the $11-$13 range. Vitacost.com plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol "VITC". Jefferies and Oppenheimer acted as lead managers on the deal.
