CDC Software, which is a carve out of CDC (Chinadotcom) Corporation's enterprise software business, raised $57.6 million by offering 4,800,000 shares at $12.00, the midpoint of the $11.00 to $13.00 range. CDC Software plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol CDCS. Lazard acted as lead manager on the deal.
