CDC Software, a carve out of CDC Corporation's (NASDAQ: CHINA) enterprise software business, filed with the SEC to raise $58 million in an initial public offering on Thursday. The Hong Kong-based company, which was founded in 2009 and booked $232 million in sales over the last 12 months, plans to sell 4.8 million ADSs at a proposed range of $11-$13. At the midpoint of the range, the company would command a market value of $348 million. Lazard and JMP Securities are the lead underwriters on the deal, which is expected to price during the week of August 3.
