Mead Johnson Nutrition, a leading provider of infant formula and other pediatric nutrition products, filed terms with the SEC on Tuesday. The company plans to offer 25 million shares at a price range of $21 to $24. Citi and Morgan Stanley are joint bookrunners, and the deal is expected to price on February 10th.
