Pediatric products supplier Mead Johnson Nutrition files for IPO

Mead Johnson Nutrition, a leading provider of infant formula and other pediatric nutrition products, filed with the SEC for an IPO on Monday. Mead Johnson is a spin-off of pharmaceutical firm Bristol-Myers Squibb and sells formula worldwide under the Enfamil brand. The company booked $2.8 billion in LTM revenues and plans to list its shares on the NYSE under the ticker MJN. Citi and Morgan Stanley are the joint book-running managers on the deal. No terms were disclosed in the initial filing.
