STR Holdings, which provides specialty extruded sheets used in the production of solar modules, filed with the SEC for an IPO on Thursday. The Enfield, CT-based company also offers quality assurance services for customers in the retail industry. Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs are set to be the joint lead managers on the deal. No terms were disclosed in the initial filing.
