China Mass Media International annouces IPO terms

China Mass Media International, an independent television advertising company in China, filed terms with the SEC on Wednesday. The company plans to offer 14.4 million ADS at a price range of $5.20 to $7.20, with each ADS representing 15 ordinary shares. The deal is expected to price the week of July 28th. Merrill Lynch is the lead manager on the deal.
