RHI Entertainment, which develops, produces and distributes new made-for-television movies and mini-series, priced its 13.5 million share offering at $14 on Tuesday, 18% below the midpoint of the expected $16-$18 range. The company sold 8% more shares than the 12.5 million announced in its previous filings, and the shares are expected to begin trading Wednesday on the NASDAQ under the ticker RHIE. J.P. Morgan and Banc of America were the lead underwriters on the deal.
