Intrepid Potash, the largest US-based producer of potash, priced its 30 million share offering at $32 on Monday, 14% above the midpoint of the revised range. The shares are expected to begin trading Tuesday on the NYSE under the ticker IPI. Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley were the lead underwriters on the deal.
