Potassium chloride producer Intrepid Potash announces terms

Intrepid Potash, the largest producer of potassium chloride in the U.S., announced terms for its IPO on Monday. The company, which booked $213 million in sales in 2007, expects to offer 24 million shares at a range of $24 to $26. Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters on the deal.
