Juniper Industrial Holdings, a blank check company led by past and present Honeywell executives targeting a North American industrial business, raised $300 million by offering 30 million units at $10 to command a market value of $375 million. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one-half of one warrant exercisable at $11.50.
Juniper Industrial Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol JIH.U. UBS Investment Bank acted as a lead manager on the deal.
