Progyny, which provides fertility benefits programs to self-insured employers, raised $130 million by offering 10 million shares (33% secondary) at $13, below the range of $14 to $16. At the offer price, Progyny commands a fully diluted market value of $1.3 billion.
Progyny plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol PGNY. J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, BofA Securities and Citi acted as lead managers on the deal.
