ReneSola, a Chinese manufacturer of crystalline silicon wafers primarily used in the production of solar cells, filed with the SEC for an IPO on Wednesday. The company plans to offer 10 million ADS, each representing two shares, at a price range roughly between $15 and $17.50, depending on the closing price of the LSE-traded shares on the pricing date. Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank are the lead underwriters on the deal.
