Oportun Financial, which provides loans to low- or moderate-income consumers with limited credit history, raised $94 million by offering 6.3 million shares (25% insider) at $15, the low end of the range of $15 to $17. Oportun Financial plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol OPRT. Barclays, J.P. Morgan, Jefferies and Keefe Bruyette Woods acted as lead managers on the deal.
