Semiconductor company Intellon announces IPO terms

Intellon, a fabless semiconductor company, which sells ICs for high-speed communications over existing electrical wiring announced IPO terms Tuesday. The company plans to offer 7.5 million shares at a range of $9 to $11, and use the proceeds for working capital and capital expenditures. Deutsche Bank is the lead manager on the deal.
