SuccessFactors, a provider of on-demand performance and talent management solutions software, priced its 10.8 million share offering at $10, the high end of the proposed $8-$10 range, Monday evening. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs were the bookrunners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on Tuesday on the NASDAQ under the ticker "SFSF."
