3PAR, which provides next-generation tiered storage solutions for large to medium enterprises, priced its 7.5 million share offering at $14, 17% above the midpoint of the $11-$13 range, on Thursday evening. Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse were the bookrunners on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE Arca under the ticker "PAR" on Friday.
