A provider of corn seed, sheep breeding and seedling products in China, Agria Corporation, priced its 17.1 million share offering Tuesday night at $16.50, at the high end of its proposed $14.50 to $16. 50 range. Of the 17.1 million shares, 5.1 million shares were sold by insiders. Credit Suisse was the lead manager on the deal, and the stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "GRO" on Wednesday.
