Slack Technologies, which provides a workplace messaging application, amended its direct listing document with the SEC on Monday. Slack now plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol WORK. It had previously filed to list under the symbol SK.
The San Francisco, CA-based company is expected to complete its direct listing on June 20, 2019, and begin trading that day.
Slack Technologies was founded in 2009 and booked $401 million in sales for the 12 months ended January 31, 2019.
