DuPont Fabros Technology, a REIT that owns, develops and manages wholesale data centers for big name technology companies such as Microsoft, Yahoo! and Google, priced its 30.5 million share offering at $21, the top of its proposed $19-$21 range. The company plans to use the $640.5 million in gross proceeds to repay debt and purchase additional properties. Lehman Brothers and UBS acted as lead underwriters on the deal. The shares are expected to begin trading on Friday morning under the symbol "DFT" on the NYSE.
