Jumia Technologies, Africa's largest e-commerce platform, raised $196 million by offering 13.5 million ADSs at $14.50, within the range of $13 to $16. Jumia Technologies plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol JMIA. Morgan Stanley, Citi, Berenberg Bank and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
