Replay Acquisition, a blank check company formed to acquire a business in Argentina or Brazil, raised $250 million by offering 25 million units at $10. Each unit consists of one ordinary share and one-half of one warrant; whole warrants are exercisable at $11.50. Replay Acquisition plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol RPLA.U. Credit Suisse and BofA Merrill Lynch acted as lead managers on the deal.
