Brigham Minerals, which owns oil and gas mineral royalty interests underlying 68,800 acres across the US, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
The Austin, TX-based company was founded in 2012 and booked $67 million in revenue for the 12 months ended December 31, 2018. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol MNRL. Brigham Minerals filed confidentially on July 17, 2018. Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
