Fuqi International, a Chinese designer of precious metal jewelry, filed terms Tuesday with the SEC for its upcoming IPO. The company plans to offer 6.4 million shares at a price range of $7 to $9 per share. Merriman Curhan Ford is the lead manager on the deal.
