Avedro, which sells ophthalmic drug device systems used in treating corneal disorders, raised $70 million by offering 5 million shares at $14, the low end of the $14 to $16 range. At pricing, Avedro commands a fully diluted market capitalization of $270 million and an enterprise value of $211 million. Avedro plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol AVDR. BofA Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
