360 Finance, a Chinese online consumer lending platform partnered with 360 Group (Qihoo), raised $51 million by offering 3.1 million shares at $16.50, the low end of the range of $16.50 to $18.50. 360 Finance plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol QFIN. Citi, Haitong, AMTD Asset Management and Lighthouse Financial acted as lead managers on the deal.
