The 9.6 million share offering, which included 800 thousand shares from selling stockholders, was 35% below the originally anticipated 14.7 million shares. KeyBanc Capital was the bookrunner on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker "REXX" on Wednesday.
