360 Finance, a Chinese online consumer lending platform partnered with 360 Group (Qihoo), filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $200 million in an initial public offering.
The Shanghai, China-based company was founded in 2016 and booked $150 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2018. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol QFIN. 360 Finance filed confidentially on July 27, 2018. Goldman Sachs (Asia) and Citi are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
