YETI Holdings, which designs and sells premium branded outdoor equipment, raised $288 million by offering 16 million shares (16% primary) at $18, below the range of $19 to $21. The primary share offering was unchanged, but insiders sold 4 million fewer shares than expected.

YETI Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol YETI. BofA Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Baird, Piper Jaffray, Citi and Goldman Sachs acted as lead managers on the deal.
