Full service investment bank Rodman & Renshaw, formerly known as Enthrust Financial Services, filed for an IPO Thursday with the SEC. Sandler O'Neill and Rodman and Renshaw are the lead managers on the deal. The firm filed to be traded on the Nasdaq exchange with the ticker "RODM." Terms have not yet been announced.
