ARYA Sciences Acquisition, a blank check company formed by Perceptive Advisors to acquire a healthcare business, raised $125 million by offering 12.5 million units at $10, as expected. Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one-half of one redeemable warrant. ARYA Sciences Acquisition plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ARYAU. Jefferies acted as a lead manager on the deal.
