Upwork, a marketplace for businesses to hire and manage remote freelancers, raised $187 million by offering 12.5 million shares at $15, above the upwardly revised range of $12 to $14. Upwork plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol UPWK. Citi, Jefferies and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
