Eventbrite, an online live event ticketing platform, raised $230 million by offering 10 million shares at $23, the high end of the revised range of $21 to $23. The company originally filed with a proposed range of $19 to $21, before increasing it on Tuesday.
Eventbrite plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol EB. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
