Network storage firm Data Domain prices above range at $15

Data Domain, a provider of storage appliances for disk-based backup and disaster recovery, priced its initial public offering of 7.4 million shares at $15, a 20% premium to the midpoint of its proposed $11.50 to $13.50 price range, on Tuesday night. Of the shares sold in the offering, 390k were offered by insiders. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley acted as joint book runners on the deal. The stock is set to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker DDUP on Wednesday.
