Storage appliance provider Data Domain announces terms

Data Domain, which provides capacity-optimized storage appliances for disk-based backup and network-based disaster recovery, announced the terms of its IPO Friday. The company plans to offer 7.4 million shares, including 400,000 from selling shareholders, at a price range of $11.50 to $13.50. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley are bookrunning the deal.
