Medalist Diversified REIT, a Virginia-based REIT managing industrial, retail and multi-family residential properties, filed on Wednesday with the SEC to raise up to $8 million in an initial public offering.
The Richmond, VA-based company was founded in 2015 and booked $4 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol MDRR. Medalist Diversified REIT filed confidentially on June 18, 2018. Maxim Group LLC is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
