Arco Platform, which provides turnkey educational solutions to private schools in Brazil, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $100 million in an initial public offering.
The Sao Paulo, Brazil-based company was founded in 2004 and booked $75 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ARCE. Arco Platform filed confidentially on June 6, 2018. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Itau BBA and BofA Merrill Lynch are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
