Eventbrite, an online live event ticketing platform, filed on Thursday with the SEC to raise up to $200 million in an initial public offering.
The San Francisco, CA-based company was founded in 2006 and booked $256 million in revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, 2018. It plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol EB. Eventbrite filed confidentially on June 15, 2018. Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Allen & Company and RBC Capital Markets are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
